The days when one person could develop a winning company on their own are long gone. At iRangers, we’re firm believers that if you want to be the best, you have to go out and find the best. Our team is made up of experts who all have different experiences, approaches and ideas. By getting all these individuals together, their passion about information technology blended with our company philosophy created the unique synergy that resulted in what we call the Art of IT. Hence we proud to call our team members IT Artists.

Misha Hanin

As one of iRangers co-founders and also Solution Managing Director, it should come as no surprise that Misha Hanin brings a long list of experiences to the table.

During his 25+ year career, he has worked in information technology, infrastructure analysis and design. He has implemented innovative and leading technology solutions for public and private international companies.

One of Misha’s specialties is where Microsoft products are concerned. He is one of just roughly 500 trained Microsoft Certified Masters (MCM) in the entire world. By making it through this intensive training, though, Misha is now far better positioned to advise our clients on Microsoft-related issues and recommend powerful solutions.

Further proof of Misha’s proficiency is evidenced by his winning the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award. He certainly meets the requirement of being an “exceptional, independent community leader who shares their passion, technical expertise and real-world knowledge of Microsoft products with others.”

Rob Zacharias

Rob Zacharias serves as iRangers’ Managing Director and is also one of the co-founders. He brings with him a proven track record of over 25+ years of experience working in the IT field. This includes designing, planning and successfully implementing large-scale, IT solutions for organizations with specific business objectives.

After graduating from the University of Manitoba with Honors in Accounting and Information Technology, Rob took on roles like IT Manager, Sales Manager and VP of Operations.

Today, Rob uses this extensive experience to provide guidance, mentoring and leadership to the rest of the iRangers team, as well as our clients. Under his leadership, iRangers has grown into a company with clients all around the globe – clients that have achieved challenging goals thanks to his direction and knowledge.

Alex Stankevich

Alex Stankevich is another MVP (Microsoft Most Valuable Professional) on our team with multiple awards to his name. He has even been a presenter at one of the top Microsoft conferences and his blogs and articles on subjects like PKI, Kerberos, Skype/Lync and Exchange are recognized throughout the industry.

His long list of certifications includes Lync 2013 Depth Support Engineer, Microsoft Specialist, MCITP (Microsoft Certified IT Professional) and MCTS (Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist).

Boris Heismann

Boris’ love affair with technology started when he was just eight and using his skills as a hacker. Fortunately, those days are long behind him and he now works as our Cybersecurity Practice Director. Sufficed to say, he has an intimate understanding of the types of threats our clients are up against and how does the security scene work.

His resume also includes projects for intelligence agencies, doing security architecture for large Internet Service Providers (ISP) and serving as a security advisor for the top 10 world’s largest energy company.

Thanks to Boris’ 20 years of experience and the numerous unique roles he’s taken on, he is in an unrivaled position to build security solutions for our customers, consult and modernize their existing infrastructures to ensure their business assets are safe.
